Example: Our pastor and his spouse receive a salaries, housing, two vehicles with insurance, hospitalization insurance, dental insurance, contributions to an HSA, contributions to a retirement fund, cell phones, travel fully paid, plus meals and semi annual monetary gifts of varying amounts, similar to a bonus, yet not taxed or reported as income.
I have received different information from various accountants and CPA's regarding what should be on the W-2 and really need clarification. Thank you.

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.
