If Pastor is already gainfully employed full time...

We are a small church and we have a parsonage that we are just remodeling for our new pastor.

She has a fulltime job with another company with full benefits.

What are we to give her as compensation for her Sunday services as she has the parsonage and all utilities free of charge?

Does she have to pay income on that since it is her second job?
