I have a member of our body that donates coffee, cups, paper towels, toilet paper on a regular basis in which she is not reimburse for. Do I give them a non-cash contribution receipt or is a part of cash donation receipt?

A thank you letter acknowledging these items should suffice. The member should keep receipts of purchase to prove the value of the donations in case of a tax audit.

Donations added to financial statement

As the financial statement, I have members who want credit for donations to the church. They will put their receipt in the envelope for me to write it on their statement. Is this okay?

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.

Note: I am a "partner" of Gusto, but as I have told you before ... I never recommend anything that we or our clients have not tried and love =)
