When trying to factor non-monetary offerings in to the church budget, would it be best to liquidate them so as to factor the cash value in to the budget; or, to simply include them as a part of the pastor's weekly/monthly pay? An example may be corn, eggs, chickens, honey, etc.

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.
