Box 14

Is the proper wording for Box 14 "Housing" or can "Parsonage" be used as well?

Vickey's Reply: Box 14 is an "informational" box for the employee (The IRS doesn't use it)...so you can use any wording you want =)

As a courtesy to my minister clients...I always provide information either in an email or in the envelope with the W-2...on how to handle and file that additional "information" in Box 14.
