As a minister, can i have 2 different housing allowances from different sources of income

I am currently employed part time as a pastor with a portion of it set as a housing allowance. I have recently starting drawing a portion of my United Methodist Pension, which is designated by the denomination as housing allowance.

Is this ok to have 2 seperate housing allowances from 2 separate sources??
