Quickbooks Upgrade

Hi I have been using Quickbooks Pro for a while - the 2008 version (I know, right!) and am about to upgrade to the 2014 version.

I was going to get the Quickbooks Pro 2014 version, but then considered the NonProfit version.

My dilemna is whether to spend all the money for the NonProfit version which is pretty specific or to just get the 2014 Pro version with all the bells and whistles, even though I will not need them immediately, e.g., for other business types.

Our budget is less than $300K annually. Of course after the 2008 version, anything would be an improvement, and I see your comments on the different versions, but am just wondering if you would ever recommend the NonProfit version since it's so specific.

Thanks!

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.

Note: I am a "partner" of Gusto, but as I have told you before ... I never recommend anything that we or our clients have not tried and love =)
