Have approved 4361 but there are social securiy and medicare tax withheld on w2

I have approved 4361, which I obtained in the middle of 2011. I have been ordained since 2010 but I filed and got approved 4361 during 2011. I see that I have social security and medicare tax withheld on my w2, which had been withheld until the month I got approved 4361. I am not sure what to do at this point because I have been ordained for the entire year of 2011 but still have paid social security and medicare tax. Should I obtain corrected w2 and get a refund from my church?
