In the age of electronic accounting software, is it necessary to keep hard copies of donors' contributions? Once the contribution including applicable information has been entered in the electronic filing system why keep and file the hard copies?
If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.
