MUST HAVE REFERENCE GUIDE
Our youth pastor's father cooked some pork as a fundraiser for the youth fund at our church. A couple of members paid for the pork, but wanted the pork donated to a needy family. Would this be a tax deductible gift or would it not be counted as one since they are technically receiving something for their money?
