Filing

by Millie
(Pa)

I am 65 as of Aug. 2017. This is my first FULL year as a pastor and I realize I did not file either tax or social security quarterly.

My question is first I assume I do pay Social Security, even though I collect it. Can I do that still?

Also taxes, technically I will not make enough to have taxes withheld ($1,000 mo) so now that I have not filed quarterly.

NOW WHAT do I do?

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.

Note: I am a "partner" of Gusto, but as I have told you before ... I never recommend anything that we or our clients have not tried and love =)
