Should there be a written policy concerning Church Credit Cards? Should there be an individual with their name on a Church Credit Card?

Church Credit Card Policies

Yes, you definitely need a church credit card WRITTEN policy. I don't have one on this site, but there is one on this site: https://www.freechurchforms.com/policies.html

You can also goggle church credit card policy and find examples.

You can allow multiple employees to have church credit cards in their name, but they should be required to read and sign the credit card policy.

Another piece of advice I will share is to have someone in charge of keeping track of the balance.

When you have multiple users it is easier to accidentally go over your credit limit.

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.

Note: I am a "partner" of Gusto, but as I have told you before ... I never recommend anything that we or our clients have not tried and love =)
