Converting QuickBooks Pro to QuickBooks Premier

It is pretty well an automatic process. Once you install the Premier (Nonprofit) version (on the same computer with existing QuickBooks file), a "wizard" will take you through the conversion of your existing QuickBooks data to the new version.
