Changing acctg from a calendar year to a fiscal year.

We are changing from a calendar year to a fiscal year. Currently the fiscal year is Oct 1 to Sept 30. I am getting ready to report out the Q4 financial statement. I'm not sure how to do this. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
