Transfer of Vehicle to Pastor as Gift

Our Pastor purchased a vehicle under the Church Name and so the church actually owns the vehicle although the Pastor did pay for it himself. Now the church wants to have the title transferred to the Pastor's name rather than the church. Can we just gift the vehicle to the Pastor without any IRS repercussions or how do we proceed?
