A custodian is employed by a church to maintain rental units to for-profit entities unrelated to the charities of a church (ie- a photographer or an art-studio or a industrial kitchen rented to a cooking school) that is taxable for state and municipal property taxes, is the custodian considered to be eligible for unemployment?
