For a minister working part-time and all of his salary is designated housing allowance, what software program will accept a clergy W2 with box 1 empty?

what happens if you simply do not report that W-2? I am using HR Block and it is not allowing me to do the 1$ designation without taking me to another form (it seems the software doesn't understand what's happening)

Most software won’t allow this but you can simply designate 1 dollar in box 1 and it will go right through on all software that I have used
