Refinance expenses count toward housing allowance?

How do I determine from re-fi settlement statement the amount to count toward my "actual expenses" with regard to my housing allowance?

It would depend on what refinancing costs you paid up-front. Real estate commissions and escrow fees are also eligible costs.
