Does FASB 136 apply to Churches?

I checked out the FASB site but the language is not user friendly....
I believe it is about Trusts and donations that are not really donations...(people keeping control)
make sure your church policies have "all donations are under the church council control" (or something to that effect)
do a policy search on Vicki's site to help you out :-)
