Monetary gifts should be sent the Mission Agency and they will handle the gift correctly.

look on the left side and scroll down to love offering, if looks like you can not use this method to give to them, however if you have a mission fund you might be able to go that route, Do you have a policy in place for giving? If not you should start there. Make sure you have yearly dollar amounts allowed and don't go over them as it could be considered excess benefit, you need to give them a 1099 misc if over 600. There are so many things you need to be careful of so as not to cause the Church harm when helping others.
