Line 5 of form 4361

I'm confused about what exactly is supposed to go in line 5. A date, income amount, or other?

What if this is your first year self employed as minister. how can you fill in line five? Do you have to pay tax for two years, first?

On line 3, enter the date you were ordained,
commissioned, or licensed as a minister of a
church; became a member of a religious order;
or began practice as a Christian Science
practitioner (do not file Form 4361 before this
date).
Then, on line 5, enter the first 2 years you had self-employment earnings of $400 or more (but ONLY from services as a minister, priest, rabbi, etc.; member of a religious order, or
Christian Science practitioner) (example: 2008, 2009)
