Housing Allowance reporting

so when filling out W3 form we wouldn't include the Pastor's housing allowance as wages if all the salary that the Pastor is receiving is the Housing Allowance?

The Housing Allowance is reported on line 14 of the W-2 form, not line 14 of the transmittal form or W-3 form.

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.
