I have a question about the due date for form 4361 for ministers requesting exemption.
I was ordained in 2012 and received income greater than $400 for 2012 and the same for 2013. On April 13 2014 (the due date being Apr. 15), i filed my 1040 tax form online and also filed form 4361 and mailed it in via USPS.
My question is, is the Apr. 15th due date for form 4361 the postmarked date or the received date?

If you want to DIY your payroll, I highly recommend you look at using Gusto! It is very user friendly and their support is awesome! Plus they know how to set up and maintain payrolls for churches and nonprofit organizations.
Note: I am a "partner" of Gusto, but as I have told you before ... I never recommend anything that we or our clients have not tried and love =)
