Do I still have to do a letter to the Minister's for housing allowance if its on their W2 ?

Do you have a sample of what the housing allowance notification should look like in lieu of using box 14 on the W2?

The minister just needs to know the amount that was paid to him as a housing allowance for tax purposes, so if that amount is in Box 14 (informational box only) on their W-2, you would not need to send a notification letter too.
