Do I file taxes for states where we received a love offering?

My husband preached in several different states. Sometimes he received a love offering. We have already included the amounts in our home state taxes, do we have to file taxes in the states where we received the love offerings.

I believe that you would only need to file for your home state where your ministry is based out of...BUT I am not a personal income tax professional, so please seek the advice of a qualified tax professional.
