I'm seeing that "recent legislation" restricts the housing allowance to the home occupied primarily for purposes of ministry.
I don't see that legislation.
As of 2011 the courts interpreted IRC Section 107 as any home, not just one. Please provide the ruling that prohibits including costs of a second home as part of housing allowance. Thanks.
