can access to donations be made seperate from the book keeping part?

We like having the people who count the money to be different than the ones who write the checks.

We are trying to find a way for each person to access either accounts receivable or accounts payable, but not both at once. Is this possible?

Aplos Works Well with Separation of Duties
by: Vickey

Aplos works very well for what you are describing!

Also, you can have 1 administrator that has access to everything and 1 Donations Manager with just access to the donations and still be considered a "single user" and pay the cheaper price.

If you add another person and set them up as an Accounting would be considered a Multi - User and the monthly price increases $15 per month.

I highly recommend Aplos for their ease of use and for the ability to split duties like you described.

You can try it risk free for 15 days and then if you decide you want to keep and use can use the discount code: FCA30FOR12 and pay only $28 for a year (30% off $40).
