They are also perfect for the size of my church and easy to modify in adding to them and taking away. In using your spreadsheets, you are never bound to just your service. You give us the option to use yours, and then you recommend others; keeping everything cost effective. I also like your customer service. When I have a questions, you respond the next day allowing me to complete what I am doing and not be tied up, waiting for a response or never receiving one. I put up the FAQ page for those having trouble downloading the free spreadsheets. After I separated the files into 2003 and 2007 for those with different versions of Excel, it seemed to take care of the updating problem. |
