can access to donations be made seperate from the book keeping part?

We like having the people who count the money to be different than the ones who write the checks.


We are trying to find a way for each person to access either accounts receivable or accounts payable, but not both at once. Is this possible?

Also, you can have 1 administrator that has access to everything and 1 Donations Manager with just access to the donations and still be considered a "single user" and pay the cheaper price.

If you add another person and set them up as an Accounting Manager...you would be considered a Multi - User and the monthly price increases $15 per month.
