Can a religious nonprofit pay for emergency or other health care needs of its fulltime volunteer or paid ministers (dual status ones)?

I understood that Affordable Health Care Act premiums could not be paid by a nonprofit religious org. to its employye or volunteer ministers -- Is that so and can a religious nonprofit pay for emergency or other health care needs of its fulltime volunteer or paid ministers (dual status ones)? Is it taxable to them?
