Shipping Times and Charges Please allow up to 10-12 business days for physical products delivery. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 days; however, sometimes we do not have control over when our vendors ship. We do use several vendors and therefore they use different shipment methods. Domestic Shipping Charges: For shipment within the United States, standard rates apply to all products unless specified. For the church contribution database, Shepherdbase, the flat rate for shipping and handling is $6.00. Refunds Church Contribution Database and Physical Products: We want your purchasing experience with us to be a pleasant and risk-free experience, so here is our personal guarantee to you: If you for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from FreeChurchAccounting simply contact us within 365 days of your purchase for a “no questions asked” complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Because the prices we charge you are either the same as, or only very slightly above, our actual product cost, we are simply unable to refund shipping and handling charges. Ebooks and other digital products: As for FreeChurchAccounting eBooks, we offer a 365 day no questions asked guarantee. Simply contact us for a complete 100% refund if you are not satisfied. As for as our partners eBooks and/or products , information on their own personal guarantees and return policies are on their sites and receipts. However, if you ever have a problem with receiving your refund from one of our partners, please contact us and we will personally resolve your issue and if it cannot be resolved through the vendor, we will personally refund your money.
